Darker than pictured

Craftsmanship great and fit is comfortable with accurate sizing. However, the stock photos are pretty deceiving because the “work patina” makes the whole piece dark, and even darker in the cracks. More of a matte brushed finish than shine as well. I was hoping more for a polished look.
